Delivery Policy

Free delivery for orders across Australia for orders of six bottles or more. Free shipping for our KBS Wine Club members regardless of quantity.

For international shipping, the cost of shipping is based on the weight and destination of your order.

We use Australia Post service for our deliveries, and we generally ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends). All deliveries are tracked.

Please allow between 1 – 4 business days for shipping to capital cities and a little more for other areas.

Rural and remote areas may experience a longer delivery period but on average are delivered within 3 – 10 days of dispatch.

These times do not include weekends, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

 

Heat Policy

Here at Stonier Wines we take great pride in growing and producing the best possible wine for you to enjoy. During transit from us to you, if the wine gets too hot, (>35°C) it can become effected.

Therefore, Stonier Wines will not ship orders when the Bureau of Meteorology forecasts weather ≥35°C during the transit period. We hope that you understand and ask for a little patience when ordering wine during hot weather.
