2021 Georgica Pinot Noir (formerly Merron's Vineyard)

The Georgica Vineyard Pinot Noir always has a beautiful distinct character and the 2021 release is no exception. With smoked meats, dried roses and cherry pip aromas it is inviting. The palate doesn’t disappoint with a rich dark fruit character that expands within the velvet tannin structure. The layered complexity, purity and expansive flavours should all make this wine develop with grace over the next 5 years or more.
