Visit Stonier's striking winery and cellar door on the Mornington Peninsula, designed by renowned architect Daryl Jackson and completed in 1991. At only an hour's drive from Melbourne's CBD, the Stonier cellar door is home to a range of premium wines crafted from estate vineyards in our pristine cool-climate maritime region.
HOURS
Through to December 24 we are open Wednesday to Sunday 11am to 5pm, last tastings start at 4pm.
From December 27 until January 4 we are open everyday (except New Years Day) from 11am - 7pm (Please note that we are closing at 5pm New Years Eve).
Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day.
From January 5 until February 1 we are open everyday 11am - 5pm.
(Closed Melbourne Cup Day, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Day and Good Friday).

You are welcome to visit us for a glass of wine and a platter from our produce selection. There are no bookings required.
Tasting fees: $15 per person (no charge for Wine Club members), redeemable on wine purchases.

Our cellar door is open from Wednesday until Sunday each week with booking by appointment on Monday and Tuesdays. Tastings are hosted by our wine makers, owners, cellar and vineyard staff always reflecting what is happening in the cycle of farming and the making of our wines.
Inside cellar door we feature local artists in a space that is beautfully furnished and welcoming. Sit at the bar, private tables or on the lounges beside our roaring fireplace. We have a great selection of produce to choose from where you can make your own platter to share including,

We love to see people enjoying our wines and discovering more about the rich and diverse world of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Stonier has become a destination for events created around our wine making and farming process, inviting collaboration with local artists, chefs, and interesting people in our comminuty. SUMMER TWILIGHT AT STONIER December 27 - January 4
Cheese and charcuterie platters, The Flying Calamari Brothers and Freshly shucked oysters
Excluding New Years Day (closed), our Cellar Door will be open from 11am until 7pm on the dates above. We offer tastings and an extensive list of our wines by the glass and bottle to purchase. You can choose to make a platter from our produce fridge in cellar door and grab a spot on the lawn or under the long verandahs to settle in and enjoy. From 4pm-7pm we will serve cones of fried calamari, fries and plates of freshly shucked oysters. No bookings required.
CHARDONNAY & LOBSTER ROLLS AT STONIER Australia Day Weekend
Lobster filled brioche rolls all weekend alongside new release and back vintage Chardonnnay to order by the glass or bottle. No bookings required.
STONIER X MOVIDA RESTAURANT (Melb. Food and Wine Festival) Sunday Lunch March 29
Join a celebration of wine and Spanish food culture as MoVida prepares a feast of local seafood and paella cooked over flame and celebrating our end of harvest. Entrées will be handed around and then you’ll join the chefs at the fires as they prepare your paella. The winery is in full swing, with picking, fruit fermentation and the anticipation of this season's wines. Stonier tastings and wines will be available alongside lunch, and cellar tours will run all day.
PIES AND PINOT, Kings Birthday Weekend, Sat. 6th June - Mon. 8th June
Every Winter, we revive the old Stonier tradition of "Pies and Pinot" serving stunning Pinot Noir duck, Chardonnay chicken and Chardonnay mushroom & tarragon pies. Made by our friends at Peninsula backhouse @millers_bread_kitchen. Pies are available all weekend alongside our new release 2025 Pinot Noir. No bookings required. See you by the fire!
VINEYARD TOURS AND NEW RELEASE PINOT TASTING, Kings Birthday Weekend
Our winemakers and owners will also be hosting pre-booked vineyard tours and in depth tastings of our new release Pinot Noir. This is a rare opportunity to see our property with the people who farm it and taste our 2025 wines on the first weekend of release. There will be four sessions over Sunday and Monday.

FIRE AND WINE, Sunday 9th August Lunch
Our annual Winter party luncheon lands on a Sunday this year with food cooked over the coals and matching new release wines available. We are yet to announce this years chef, but have had incredible events with both MoVida and Farmers daughters in 24/23. Expect plenty of fires to keep you warm, live performances, masterclasses and winery tours.
