We’re embracing the cold and celebrating the end of the season this year at Stonier with our first annual Fire & Wine event. With the canes pruned from our vines in winter, we’ll build fire pits to provide chef Alejandro Saravia of Farmer’s Daughters a vine-fueled furnace for racks of whole lamb and seasonal veg hung over the flames, highlighting the best of Mornington Peninsula winter produce from our local farms. With bonfires in the paddock, fire performances, fireside wine philosophy chats and barrel room tastings of back vintage Pinot Noir with our winemakers and owners, it will be a memorable eve.
